hehe maybe so, but I am trying harder to play with a more team based effort. However I'm not going to stop going on my rambo missions because sometimes its good to break away from everyone and slow the pace down a bit.

id say this game is way easier to stick with your squad then bf2

likewise raile is the only person ive found who is a squad player, i find that when playing with him/as a squad you naturally get a better k/d (which youve said is the most important to you) because we rev each other thus meaning you die less....

imo thats the way this game is meant to be played and its certainly how i get most enjoyment out of it

Well I still dislike playing medic atm, and although you say its easier to stick with your squad on bc2 I find the problem is knowing where the fire is coming from to find suitable cover. It was much easier to spot people on bf2 because of the poor gfx in comparison to bc2 so you knew where the shots were coming from and could keep an eye on your squad more easily (sound fx also add to this problem in bc2). Being solo just works more for me, but I don't go solo all the time.

Correct me if I am wrong, but even if you get revived in BC2 it still counts as a death, it just means you get the ticket value back. So if that's the case you don't get a better k/d from reviving each other, just a better chance of your team winning.

keep in mind 6 that as you learn the maps more, you'll be able to keep up better too. remember that by the end of bf2, everyone knew karkand so well it was pretty much impossible to lose your squad unless you were trying to.

oh and realise too that you can play assault and stick with me and 5.. you don't HAVE to be medic. as I said though I think you need atleast 2 medics to be a really effective squad. and as you have done for me a few times, you pick up my kit and rev me.
that said, you should still get good at the medic guns, because there is nothing wrong with them at all, you just aren't used to them. likewise i need to learn the assault kit better. and when we both do then you can play assault and we can swap as we need to when you have to rev me...

i'm pretty sure jaffa is correct

6 usually revives me in the middle of a cross fire so i can get gunned down again

rofl, stop dying on me so I wont have to pick you up with your kit then tongue.gif

its probably best to finish ur drink and get a fresh one before running across the map to engage in combat. otherwise you may find urself almost there and needing a new drink. and by the time you return from getting ur fresh full drink from the fridge your already dead and have to start back at the other end of the field.
just a heads up for those who do this like i did a few times last night tongue.gif
