Chivalry Admin Abuse, Yet another fool abusing admin privileges Options

Hi so i was just kicked from the SM chivalry server, saw on your guys rules that this is were i report admin abuse. I have been a longtime player in chivalry, ive played since the mod days, love the game and I like to play on you'r guys server from time to time, i have almost always had good experiences with the players as well as the SM admins. In fact i think you guys for the most part have very good admins. So out of respect for the people who play on the sever as well as the integrity of SM feel like i should post this.

Anyways i was just playing on the server with fool here and several people said he was using an aimbot, and after playing in the game against him for a good 20 minutes i thought that they were right. So i asked why he is hacking. Now you guys might think, of course he doesn't hack, and maybe he doesn't, but his response was to say anyone calling him hacker was a dumb noob (i'm 44 and everyone else was also a higher level) and shortly after saying that, he muted my in game chat, as i'm sure he also did to the other people questioning his playing abilities. Now this seems excessive as he could have chose to ignore the chat, he could have laughed it off, could have calmly, maturely and politely asked people to stop talking to him, instead he mutes peoples chat, no reason given.

After realizing i was muted i decided to rejoin the game. As soon as i joined i said "LOL why did you ban me from chat?" I was instantly kicked. Again this is overstepping his admin privileges and going against SM's own rules as it states that i need to be given a reason before a ban. So i decided to join 1 more time to try and calmly figure out why fool felt the need to ban me for calling him a hacker.
Now again even if it was not hacking, I was not breaking the rules, I was not being abusive or rude. After getting back on the server i asked him why he banned me and i said he is overstepping his bounds as an admin. His response was along the lines of "I dont have anything to say to you, feel free to report this". Now other people on the server felt the same way as me, that this was an overstep of admin privileges, Now this time he threatened that if i didn't stop "Spamming" the chat i would be kicked, he used some colorful language as well. Now I believe spamming would be constantly typing text in chat over and over again, not trying to have a conversation, But this time he seems to realize he needed to follow SM rules and give me some kind of reason. And then bam, 1 hour ban.

Now i understand it is my words against his and i'm sure Fool can make up whatever he wants and you guys wont take the word of some player over someone who you know and is on you'r competitive team. But as a gamer, admin abuse can be very annoying, especially in a game like chivalry were as you guys know players get kicked for everything under the sun. You guys have a good server but allowing admins to overstep their responsibilities and break their own rules can lead to a bad server. Again this is a shot in the dark but if you guys are not already aware, Fool seems to take his admin privileges as a means to ban people he doesn't like which is in stark contrast to you'r good admins who i have seen defuse many arguments, ban hackers, and be kind and respectful. Fool is none of those things and if he is sporting the SM tag then I think he should be required live up to the integrity that is displayed by you'r more mature admins. Everything i said here is what happened, i have no reason to lie, whether you guys chose to do anything about is obviously up to you, but I don't think what he did is allowed by you'r own rules so i think it is best to report this.

Well thank you for posting this video. if you had posted this earlier it would have cleared a lot of this up. When i joined back in i was still trying to get a reason for getting kicked/muted the first time.

I would like to note though you leave out the people accusing you of hacks on the previous map as well as the part were you kick me when i ask why you muted me. I would imagine if you recorded stoneshill then you also recorded the previous map which is were it all started.
But when you start the video here, it is out of context, as i have already been muted and kicked, and what i am saying here is related to what happened previously, as opposed to me just randomly calling you out. So if you can please post the rest of the video from the previous map, if you have it, as it gives much needed context, that would be great.

and yes Knight Sirus was one of the players from the previous round who witnessed the previous conversation, you can see him saying "sorry" at the beginning of you'r video from the previous map. he is also a higher level player. Also there were 2 Knights, there were Knight Kabibles, who is the tker you are talking about, (accident) and there was Sirus, who is the one i am talking about. In the video you ban Sirus for calling you a bad admin (16:08) after you obnoxiously ignore Guts polite request for a PM. I can only assume the other players accusing you of hacking either left or were also kicked, as they are not on this map. I don't know as you leave out the previous part of your video, which is obviously cut out. If you are going to post this, please post the whole video, i bet it shows you kicking more people on trumped up charges or for no reason at all.

And Vincent i just want to clarify, if i haven't already, i am not trying to get fool banned by any means. I know he is a well respected member among people in SM. And he seems like a good player, i have said this entire time that my hackusations could have been wrong and that THIS IS NOT MY POINT. My point is he did not deal with it in the right way. I am saying is that he shouldn't have admin powers if he bans people for trying to talk to him and ask questions or accuse him of something he didn't do. Telling someone to shut the fuck up for asking for a reason for a kick or mute, and then calling them an idiot after they were banned is clearly a form of harassment and or being rude. Further threatening the rest of the server with a "whos next" also doesn't look too good. There is a reasonable way to defuse this situation, that does not include banning someone and calling them names, and or threatening an entire server with a ban for calling you out for abuse.

Also i don't see how you are disgusted with what i have said. I have been respectful on these forums, and i have told the truth, fool has been completely disrespectful and rude in this post as well as during the matches i played with him. I understand he is you'r friend but you are clearly ignoring his blatant harassment.

I don't have a quest to get fool banned, call it a quest to do my part to make sure there isn't admin abuse on a well respected server. I assure you this is more a plea to make sure other people don't get wrongly banned/kick by fool, as i usually play on FOR. which i would just like to point out has policy of not kicking anyone for any kind of conversation (and it works like gangbusters)

It would seem that all SM members are granted admin privileges and as we all know not everyone is cut out to be an admin. I would probably do the same shit fool does and ban people i don't like, thing is, i am well aware i would be a shit admin, fool seems to be oblivious to the fact that stooping to such a low level as an SM admin makes SM look very bad, and maybe just maybe, hes not the right kind of person for the responsibility of admin.

I don't know how many more ways i can get accross my point. I think i have said it all.

Fool if you can, please post the rest of that video to be fair, that would be sweet, i doubt you will as that would just give even more evidence to my case. This is all i have to say, been as respectful and truthful as i can. If this is not evidence enough that someone should not be an admin, i really don't know what is.

Wrong. Notice the freeze in the beginning of the video ? It's because my storage hard disk was in idle state and had to start up when I fressed the shadowplay hotkey.
Why I recorded Stoneshill ? Well, I got in my mind I could give you the video to proove you I wasn't cheating. But I guess I was too kind with you. If someone doesn't deserve something here, it's you not deserving being accepted on this server where admins put a lot of efforts keeping it clean for everyone. But sadly for you, this time you were the stain.

Sirius was banned for 2 reasons : revenge TK and constant critisism towards admin (just like you).

I refused to add him on Steam, not to answer his questions. It's a FRIENDs list, isn't it ?
Also, I'm allowed and encouraged to play and enjoy it. Not connecting to go spectate all day long and having a ban quota reached per day and answer every question.
Not a single admin will tell you that they are obligated to help everyone the way they want. If we want to play we won't play the policeman.

Or they can have a life and have left the server. In the previous map, I muted and kicked you when you rejoined to bypass the mute. Nobody else got a kick/ban.

- Igorek Shilov -> repeatedly kicking me (should have been a ban but I was again trying to be too nice to rulebreakers)

Just let me quote your earlier posts (you are lying all the time, it's aweful and annoying) :
