Chivalry Admin Abuse, Yet another fool abusing admin privileges Options

Hi so i was just kicked from the SM chivalry server, saw on your guys rules that this is were i report admin abuse. I have been a longtime player in chivalry, ive played since the mod days, love the game and I like to play on you'r guys server from time to time, i have almost always had good experiences with the players as well as the SM admins. In fact i think you guys for the most part have very good admins. So out of respect for the people who play on the sever as well as the integrity of SM feel like i should post this.

Anyways i was just playing on the server with fool here and several people said he was using an aimbot, and after playing in the game against him for a good 20 minutes i thought that they were right. So i asked why he is hacking. Now you guys might think, of course he doesn't hack, and maybe he doesn't, but his response was to say anyone calling him hacker was a dumb noob (i'm 44 and everyone else was also a higher level) and shortly after saying that, he muted my in game chat, as i'm sure he also did to the other people questioning his playing abilities. Now this seems excessive as he could have chose to ignore the chat, he could have laughed it off, could have calmly, maturely and politely asked people to stop talking to him, instead he mutes peoples chat, no reason given.

After realizing i was muted i decided to rejoin the game. As soon as i joined i said "LOL why did you ban me from chat?" I was instantly kicked. Again this is overstepping his admin privileges and going against SM's own rules as it states that i need to be given a reason before a ban. So i decided to join 1 more time to try and calmly figure out why fool felt the need to ban me for calling him a hacker.
Now again even if it was not hacking, I was not breaking the rules, I was not being abusive or rude. After getting back on the server i asked him why he banned me and i said he is overstepping his bounds as an admin. His response was along the lines of "I dont have anything to say to you, feel free to report this". Now other people on the server felt the same way as me, that this was an overstep of admin privileges, Now this time he threatened that if i didn't stop "Spamming" the chat i would be kicked, he used some colorful language as well. Now I believe spamming would be constantly typing text in chat over and over again, not trying to have a conversation, But this time he seems to realize he needed to follow SM rules and give me some kind of reason. And then bam, 1 hour ban.

Now i understand it is my words against his and i'm sure Fool can make up whatever he wants and you guys wont take the word of some player over someone who you know and is on you'r competitive team. But as a gamer, admin abuse can be very annoying, especially in a game like chivalry were as you guys know players get kicked for everything under the sun. You guys have a good server but allowing admins to overstep their responsibilities and break their own rules can lead to a bad server. Again this is a shot in the dark but if you guys are not already aware, Fool seems to take his admin privileges as a means to ban people he doesn't like which is in stark contrast to you'r good admins who i have seen defuse many arguments, ban hackers, and be kind and respectful. Fool is none of those things and if he is sporting the SM tag then I think he should be required live up to the integrity that is displayed by you'r more mature admins. Everything i said here is what happened, i have no reason to lie, whether you guys chose to do anything about is obviously up to you, but I don't think what he did is allowed by you'r own rules so i think it is best to report this.

Major, I am sad to say that I find your attitude to this situation absolutely disgusting. You not only show many instances of utterly childish behaviour, but also a constant underlying level of hypocrisy. Let me begin.

If you watch the video fool has posted, skip to his first reply. He said to you very clearly "I won't discuss it" and "got a problem? Go to monkeyfiend" to which your reply was "oh I will". This is the point where you decide to pursue it further, demonstrating your immaturity very well. You go on to say "but you're the first SM admin I've had a problem with", which is clearly provoking a response from Fool. When Fool decides, as he previously stated, not to reply, then you take it upon yourself to start asking questions, attempting to provoke Fool further into saying something out of hand which you would use as evidence in your case against him. Your approach to the situation is a "witch hunt", while not only provoking Fool repeatedly you also harass and pursue the issue to a degree where any sane individual would have no choice but to kick you.

Your accusation of harassment is not only incorrect but also hypocritical; declaring in chat that fool's actions were "textbook admin abuse" and proceeding to provoke him even further by saying "go ahead and kick me I know you want to". What clearer evidence of harassment and provocation do you need? Fool, I know you will be sorry to hear, did not harass you at all, instead he dealt with the situation properly, showing levels of maturity which you could only aspire to achieve. He stated multiple times that he was not going to discuss it with you, is that harassment? You provoked him into harassing you, when he didn't take the bait you started trying even harder despite his warnings.

If I can commend you on anything, it would be your effort put into trying to get Fool stripped of his admin powers. Constant harassment and provocation to such a degree I have not seen before. I am absolutely disgusted (yet unsurprised) that you would even consider making a post on these forums to berate and harass Fool, things which you yourself accused him of doing.

Even now on the forums you try to make Fool look like he has done something wrong, by saying he is "attacking your character". Frankly I think what he said was a compliment, in fact calling you retarded and blind would be offensive to those with downsyndrome.

Major Shake I do wish you the best of luck in your quest to get Fool banned, but unfortunately I think you will beat him to it.
