tonight I was banned but I don't know the exact reason for it. I would appreciate if someone explains me the situation.

Hello, you were initially permabanned by me back in December of 2017. That ban was lost during some corruption in February(?). I banned you again without putting in a detailed reason; I assume that it was lifted because of that.

first of all, about that first one jakoeble off the cliff, before those screenshots; someone (him) tried to kick me off the cliff and in the heat of the moment I thought he was enemy and kicked him off the cliff, by the time I realized it was too late and I apologized afterwards but it s not seen on those screenshots. you can check console if you want. It was my mistake I totally accept it.

about ariana and talking shit in general: she s a random person for me and I have only seen her couple of times in the server. I dont have a grudge for anyone. this is how I play this game. I talk shit, I annoy people and I know I can be rude, annoying and pain in the ass but Im not even serious most of the time. And in my opinion thats not harrasment. they annoy me and I annoy them back.If thats a reason for ban, why havent I got banned for that for the last 4 years ( or maybe more) ? and since when verbal fights are reason for perma ban?

the last one is perseus, he s a close friend and we mess around with each other all the time. I can call him to here to witness if you want. who doesnt mess with a mate in server?

finally, you and me had disagreements before many times. I talked shit to you and you did the same many times. Here is the timeline from my perspective:

21-12-2017: I notice you for the first time in months, perhaps years, see what you write and remember that you were always rather foul mouthed. So far no problem.

22-12-2017: I join the game and spectate for the first couple of minutes. You tell me to join the game or leave, which I interpret as you looking for trouble. (the server wasn't full, I can spectate however long I want to, and I had already joined a team) So I call you a dumbass. The game advances. I see you stabbing an archer in the back, use the laugh command and kick him and madly type some all-caps crap in chat. I kick you from the server. You come back, cry abuse and threaten to get MonkeyFiend involved. I tell you some bs to not further escalate the situation and decide to investigate you. Also notice how you called Ariana Baumann a slut the day after she left because of you and Psilocybin and consequently blocked you on steam.

At this point I come to the conclusion that you should probably be banned. I did that when I noticed you playing on the server again. That was still at the end of December.

February(?): I ban you again. Sometimes bans get lost, but since you never bothered to address your ban you were still permabanned in my books.

29-06-2018: I see you on the server for the first time in months. I wrote "ah kundalini" or something like that. You seem respectful towards me (not that I care), but a dick to just about everyone else. I muted you after reading your comment about raping some moms ass. You left shortly after that. I thought that I couldn't trust you to not misbehave in the future and refreshed your ban.

Some other thoughts: I don't quite buy your jakoeble story and what you said to him isn't exactly an apology as far as I can see from the screenshots provided by Leading ( https://i.imgur.com/GblBH4G.jpg ). I would like to hear what they have to say about it. You weren't banned for trashtalking, you were banned because other admins said that you were griefing in the past and should be permabanned. I don't really care who started talking negatively. There is a good chance that I called you a creep before you ever directed a single word towards me.

so airplane you banned him for tk back before, he got unbanned and now you banned him again with the reason: ''i dont trust you you will misbehave in the future''.

if you mean tk kundalini didnt even got votekicked for goddamn one time after he unbanned. check the logs and see it. for both tk and td. we insisted him to play again in the server and he played carefully.

if you mean shittalk and verbal fights well as i heard he sweared some super annoying well known feinting and ground sniffing vanguard and said the things we all say loudly or silently when encountered these type of annoying players. even you got raged when killed in the moments like that. every person has his own way to express it. this game making people angry and thats the shit we all see in the chat whole time.

unfortunately it was you who started bad mouthing me for absolutely no reason then I tried to annoy you by saying either join in game or leave and I wasnt even completely serious. why would I care if someone joins in or not and I never did. then you kept talking shit.

about the archer situation; I remember that incident as yesterday, we were in close combat together I accidentally killed him by mistake and whole situation was extremely funny thats why I cracked up in the chat (thats why we like this game right? because of the absurd things happen in game) and laughed about it, and of course I was gonna apologise for it but what happened? you kicked me instantly without giving me opportunity to say sorry thats why I got angry when I joined the server again and that lead to an arguement between you and me because I thought you are doing it on purpose and that was very unfair.

So calling people slut is a reason for perma ban? maybe you should check what kind of words she used against me before that.every one bad mouths each other. She kept shooting me behind the big iron door in the second phase of belmez ( you know where you spawn as agatha in the 3rd phase of the map) and I thought she was exploiting some things and warned her about that. ( I also asked in the forums if shooting behind that door is against the rules or not afterwards) I was frustrated and annoyed her back in the chat. next day she was in the server again similar things happened again. anyways afterwards I felt bad about it, I added her on steam to message her that it was nothing personal and this is my game style but she didnt give me that chance, fair enough so be it. and I find it surprising and funny that she blocked me but as I said it s her choice. at least I tried to correct the situation.then I never seen her again in the server, I barely played after the lift of the ban if you have noticed. I dont know who Psilocybin by the way.

finally, so you basically were triggered because of a verbal fight(which you call it trolling) and thought that I am guilty ? I thought everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
dont you think you are biased a little bit and executing me with extreme prejudice just because we stepped on each others foot? trust me Im not the bad guy here and I always did my best to help admins to protect the decency of this server by reporting tkers and racists, you may ask other admins and even monkey about it.
And even if you still think that I deserve a ban, I think I paid a price already untill the lift of the ban and for the last 6-7 months I barely played the game.

I was watching you as you were trolling a lot that day. After you kicked Perseus into water, you run after Jakobele, sit there together peacefully for length of time someone can write 2 sentences into chat and then you kicked him. Then you lied that bullshit in the chat. I found some evidence. So no heat of battle at all, since you regenerated you stamina completely there, unless you are very slow.

I saw you recently on the server, behaving tho.

Our admins are primarily there to play games, same as the rest of the people on the server who are guests. Banter is fine, but those who are constantly berating or belittling other players, admins or the server in general are not.

The vanguards on the last two pictures looked like the same person to me at first, but they have different uniforms. So you kicked jakoeble, Perseus and a mysterious stranger into the water.
