Just to avoid confusion, I've uploaded the latest version (612_33) of the Death Aboard campaign to =SM= server #2

Download this ZIP file, extract the file somehwere e.g. desktop
Copy the dthbrd612.vpk to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead\left4dead\addons\

Done.

Plz note this version is on Server #2, Server #1 has an older version that will give you a string table error
