Apparently the 1.5 patch will address holes in the code. Also, the minimised access to ranked FTP's doesn't mean you can't access them at all. I believe what they are saying is that they don't want server owners to have access to the raw server files.

I believe it would be easy to stream the PB SS's to another public folder on another FTP. This announcement does not mean PB SS's are no longer possible, it simply changes where admins must store them.
