I'm in the process of trying to coax it into kicking people who are in the base but not for people killing from afar (like a sniper or medic nade spam)
The admin tool see the bases are math co-ordinates - which are always circles. This is a pain because if we take the right US uncap on karkand, a circle with its centre at the flag doesn't do justice since some areas (on the hill by waterfront) are well out of the way of any reasonable basecircle with its centre at the flag, but these positions allow people to sniper/support gun/nadespam the spawnpoints directly. Hence why we don't allow people on the hill.
That being said I've adjusted the server to warn twice then kick people who are actually inside a basearea (as best as I can represent the basearea at least) - if it all goes horribly wrong then let me know and I'll change it back
