The website itself is pretty secure, with a lot of custom security. A directed attack was made on the shoutbox to inject code into the database which failed (although because of shoutbox security it took itself offline

The only attack that has had any effect has been 2 distrubited denial of service attacks (including last night) - basically a group of about 800 computers all accessing the site at the same time takes us offline. Generally these attacks are short lived and the website returns to normal.
I would also like to thank the hacking kiddie noobs... We're still here and you're doing wonders for our monthly traffic

Also MonkeyFiend.com (my site, which I mainly use as a file repository and place to test new code) has also been attacked - guess they've got it in for me
