Returning player here.

I found out I am banned from SM server. I don't know what's the reason and I never grief, hack or exploit.

I have sometimes internet issues so maybe a ping kick bug or something?

Could I please get some information on how to lift the ban?

Not my ban, but was August 2017 for intentional team damage. If the admin that made the ban doesn't reply in the next few days we'll lift it

I think maybe I had some kids over with my nephew (who was around 12-13 then). Uncle can we play that game with knights? Sure! Just load her up and join a game.. I was attending to guests most likely.

Anyway I'll make sure that doesn't happen again and I apologize for the infraction caused by my negligence.

Will you please lift the ban now?? (it's almost weekend).

Note, that there is no way for us to verify who is playing and we have had a lot of similar excuses in the past. Players are responsible for safeguarding their accounts.
