Hi, we have an autoban system that bans u for 7 days the first time u say 'N' word, it bans u for one month if do it twice.

I can't find your ban. In fact I have logs for the last about a year and a half and I can't find ban for your ID.

The auto-ban system wasn't there 2 years ago, so you were banned manually by saying it directly to me 2 TIMES after I warn you
I usually unban every appeal if they do it properly. However, I can't see any apologies in your appeal.
To be honest, since the ban happened a long time ago, I can lift it depending on your attitude
The ban stays but I may think again if you make a proper one.

I can say that the N word is bad and it's mistake to blame ppl cuz of their skin color. So i do apologize that i used this word.
