Hi, today 26/3/2019 at 9:20 PM (GMT+4:30) I saw and captured footage of a player cheating in your 64 Player Chivalry MW server.
I have 6 videos of him cheating, totaling in size of 527 MB.

As some may remember I had found another cheater in the past too (http://www.sneakymonkeys.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2871&pid=24174&st=0&#entry24174) by the name Sanic.


I want to upload my videos into Youtube but the problem is that unlike last time where I captured my footage with Fraps, this time I captured with BandiCam and whenever I bring the videos into my video editor (Adobe Premiere) to put them together, the sound will get out of sync with the video. I tried to fix this by hand but it's impossible since it goes slower and faster sometimes. I have no idea why. I've had this problem with Bandicam before.

Anyway, I have these 6 clips that I want to show you but first I wanted to ask you Admins if:
I should Zip them up and upload them to some website that you choose and link it
or
I upload each clip individually to Youtube and link them all here


Please let me know as the footage shows solid use of cheats
I want to share more details but I'm afraid if the player will see this and try to change their name/steamid or something. BUT if you want me to, I'll spill everything out here right now.



So once again, please tell me where I should upload my videos for you to see. I have footage, name, Steam ID and the type of cheats he has used.

Alright, here's the sauce.


I was playing on the 64 player Chivalry server on 3/27/2019 at 9 PM Tehran time (GMT+4:30) as a Mason Knight. On the opposing team was Faith, a level 17 player who is usually in the top 10 players of the server (which I thought was because he was smurfing). Anyway, I had fought him many times before but this time, whenever I got to him, he seemed to fight...weird. Like he was suddenly dashing around (as a Knight) swinging his sword. After a few weird encounters, I kinda got the feeling that he may have been cheating. And it wasn't a surprise for me as I had caught another player cheating here before (Sanic, I linked the post above). So I thought I'd do the same thing as last time, spectate him and capture footage to see if he really is cheating and if he is, report it.

Turns out he actually was hacking. Sanic used a speed hack, allowing him to both move faster and hit faster. His hitting speed actually broke the hitting animation, hitting the enemy mid-animation.
For Faith, he used 2 cheats:
1. Speed Hack for moving which I'm 80% sure, I'll leave this one for you guys to decide.
2. Teleportation which is definite. I've captured some solid footage for this one. What he was teleport forward as he was running, with the distance being small so having it look like he was dashing. Either that or he both dashes (as a knight, with no penalties, unlike the MAA) AND teleports.

Throughout all 6 videos, you will see him dashing/teleporting around in movable directions. And at the end of the final video, when the game is over, you can see him teleport a long distance.

During the time I was capturing the footage I checked my net graph a few times and saw no sign of lag, spike, packet loss or anything. Just my stable normal internet so I am sure that it was not the product of me lagging or anything. It was definitely a hack.

Now, some extra thoughts of mine that I want to share:

1. First of all, his profile is Private in Steam. Back in the day when I used to play CSGO as a Master Guardian II, I would be placed infront of many hackers mainly because of my region. I live in Iran, so I would always be put up against Russians and Turkish people. Both of which have the most hackers in CSGO. And most of the hackers I faced had their profiles set as private. Maybe 75-80% of them. I don't know why but my guess is that since they would have their accounts banned many times, their new account would only have CSGO on it and no other game. And when I, a player facing these hackers check their profile for info see that they only have 1 game and nothing else set up, I can realize that they are cheaters who have been banned before. So, they would rather not show off their accounts.
Now that's just me and my other CSGO friends' thoughts but usually the hackers we've met had their accounts set to private.

2. Faith is lvl 17! At first when I saw Faith being in the top of the team list as a lvl 17 I thought that maybe he was smurfing or something because he sure didn't swing like a lvl 17 player. Or maybe he was playing with his friend's account to level him up or something.
But now that I have footage of him I have a new theory. Maybe he used to have another account which he played CMW with, but it was banned. Maybe because of cheating in CMW or some other game. Doesn't matter.
He had to get a new account to play, and so he had to start from lvl 1 again. So since he had played before, he would still play good as a lvl 17 player.

These were my extra thoughts.



So, that's everything I have to tell I guess. I really love this 64 player server. It's the only reason I still want to play CMW. And I'm sure that many other people like me have had their fun and competitiveness in the normal 12vs12, 24vs24 servers and now that they are tired and just looking for pure fun, they come to the 64 player server. And well, I'd hate to see some guy come in here to cheat and ruin everyone's fun.
I hope you guys ban this guy.

We know the player you reported as "General Tanz". He has been banned on our servers for a long time, but instead of accepting that he is not welcome, he keeps creating new family-share accounts. We have banned over a dozen so far. His main is level 61 iirc and he is still very bad at this game

I'm not sure if he is hacking or just having massive packetloss from using a bad VPN. Based on the location he is playing from he should have 40-80 ms ping natively.

But don't worry we will ban him again, and again, and again.

Huh, a recurring cheater. Still don't understand how people choose to play only with cheats.

Two idiots and ignorants that confirm each other, both bad players and bad losers.

So I've met you both the whole years and so you present yourself here in the forum.

The dear Chimz does not fit that he is not among the first players at the bottom of the list, now he wants to seek a victim, the brave "Faith" came to him quite right. He accuses him of hacking, using any teleports that are otherwise normal on the server at the end of a game ... etc.
And because today, just before Mordhau, I'm in such a good mood, my little advise to you, Chimz ..., to spend less time searching for hackers, taking videos and taking photos of players, even easier to play, then you can make it into the list of the first in a few years.

And as for you, Airplane, you always want to ban "Tanz", well, the question is not how often you succeeded but how often you did not succeed. For years "Tanz" is on your server, but you are not.

One last question: For whom is "Tanz" not welcome on the server? For you, for the envious and nagging Chimz ...?
I asked you to tell me an offense that Tanz had committed after its ban on your server that could have led to a ban, Airplane; I'm still waiting for your answer and proof today. If Tanz really hacking and so come to the top of the rankings for each map, then certainly all administrators have banned him so far. Instead, except hot air from both of you in the forum, nothing.
