Hi,
I was just banned, it says my IP is banned, for "troll with catapult", something like that. The thing is, I just got killed twice by a guy in my team who was using the catapult, so I decided to destroy the catapult, nothing else, I did not try to kill him, I just destroyed a catapult. I dont understand why I'm banned for this, it should be the guy who teamkilled me twice that should be banned...

If you really can't see why you are banned then I see no reason to lift this
Edit: actually I'll try to be more clear. Purposely damaging or killing teammates is strictly forbidden. It does also mention the cata specifically on the welcome screen. Cata's are not precision weapons, accidents happen, especially with people who are less experienced with them but that's the only way to learn.
Yes you may have been TKd twice by a teammate; was it intentional? If yes, start a kickvote, report it to an admin etc.,
If you think it was accidental, then speak to them - offer advice or ask them not to use the cata, or more extreme still, start a kick vote.
Destroying a cata is a pretty pathetic move. You deny your own team the ability to use an asset, you risk triggering a loaded shot early (and in doing so potentially damage more teammates). Why? All because you feel hard done to that someone has, in all likelihood, accidentally killed you. You then ignore the server rules and destroy assets, you waste the time of the person that you're attacking and your own time which could be better spent on the team objective.
I have little time for people like you to begin with. That being said you broke the rules and you got a ban. Instead of an appeal where you acknowledge you broke the rules and maybe even saying it won't happen again you instead open with a "hey I intentionally destroyed my teammates cata, but I've done nothing wrong" type attitude
Looking at the logs, it's a 1 day ban, if I hear of even a peep of intentional team or asset damage from you again I'll make sure the next ban, regardless who makes it, is permanent
