Where to begin with this?

So you booted a teammate, who we can all happily confirm was not blocking any spawns. For this you were kicked from the game. Rightly so - intentional team damage is kickable. While the odd boot of a teammate may be the epitome of humour to you, a bunch of people doing likewise gets tedious quickly. There's also the idiotic aspect that if people see someone getting away with it, they practically feel obliged to join in.
I hasten to add, had you rejoined at this point and continued playing, we'd probably not be in this situation.
Anyway after the removal from the game you rejoined and it wasn't a case of asking why you were kicked, it is (in your own words) telling him not to abuse his power. Aside from the fact that he kicked you well with in accordance with the rules, I should point out that rejoining the server and questioning the actions of an admin that's just kicked you is one of the more pathetic aspects of passive aggressive behaviour. If you felt the kick was unjust it could be reported here, instead you seek to force the admin to justify his actions to you and waste his time getting tied up in stupid circular arguments instead of playing the game.
The worst part of this is not only were you totally in the wrong, Zeripper could not even been construed as misusing his powers by kicking your for team damage. You bring the subject here and even after explanation, evidence etc., your attitude is still that you were in the right. You're not.
On this occasion we happily have screenshots/videos etc., without these you would have been left making blind accusations of someone unjustly. In the same vein that had we evidence of an admin actually abusing their powers e.g. banning someone who killed them we'd probably remove them from the clan. Likewise we take false allegations of admin abuse very seriously.
For the reasons above I've decided to ban you for a month. I suggest you use that time to think about your actions. After which time you're free to visit the server again while adhering to the rules or not, it's your choice.
Now as I've already pegged you as someone that's likely to argue and moan I'll make this very clear:
It's not up for further debate, explanation or discussion. The points I've made are pretty clear. If you don't understand them, tough.
If you reply to this topic, the ban will be changed to permanent.Good luck and maybe see you in 30 days.
