Hello Rocco, these kind of issues happen everyday on SM because (I guess) people do not read carefully the server's rules when they join and just skip to the game. The clan's point is (as clearly explained on the rules' pop-up) racism and even repeating racist words=ban. How much does the ban last? It's up to the admin on charge.

So you have to wait until the admin who banned you shows up. If after 3 days he/she does not, we may temporary lift your ban.

It was me who banned you, and all I am gonna say: the ban stays. The rules are that simple and you couldn't follow them.
