Hi Friends, since yesterday i cant join your server. The message, "Ip excluded". The Player "Justinian" plays from my PC but with his account, he got baned for glitch, that was the message that he received. Now we cant play anymore, i dont know what to do, so i ask for help.

It is an ip ban ,so you should change your ip in order to play with your account.
