So I was just playing on kingsgarden and I went archer for the rare opportunity I could be so.

Captain Israel went up as MAA and tried to kick the archer next to me off, so I heavy kicked him back. He pursues to do so on me so I did again, he was apparantly so low on health it killed him. Then he pursues to kick me and an admin instantly takes action to ban me from the server, while Captain Israel was trying to kick off archers downstairs to their death.

I don't think this was a good course of action of the said admin, which I can't recall who was online at the moment. For someone like Captain Israel who was warned for some days now to stop harassing people and start riots in the chat of the server, I find it unbelievable that I'm being punished while he was starting the fire. Of course it can't be helped that he died by my foot, but then again he just didn't stop kicking and kicking and kicking (I also almost died because of that.)

Dont worry you are just the number 5 , regular to be banned.And I'm sur it's a perma ban

Just wait for a reply of the admin who made the ban.

Also there is probably a rule saying no revenge tk blablabla , so you did something wrong , next time please just make a kickvote or report him.

Got no idea who banned you, since you're a regular I guess it's atleast worth a try chatting with you instead of instantly banning, wrong move by the admin :/

Captian Israel aka BIG PUNISHER back in the day, I saw him making hate speeches this week so I guess now it's time to put him on the blacklist.

Captain Israel tends to do this quite a bit, I've had him intentionally teamkill me for accidentally stabbing him in a fight against an enemy, he then proceeded to deny that he teamkilled me. I've seen this happen to a few other people, the best thing is to just ignore him and don't retaliate, even though most people just want to castrate him there and then.

Yeah, don't even bother attacking TKers, seriously. You'll just look really dumb - and before you know it - you're out of time to explain your actions to the admin.

Anyhoo, a ban sounds a bit exaggerated. Whoever did that should get to know the regulars better.

I remember kicking Israel from the server a while back for kicking people off of the catapult. Looks like this guy hasn't learnt his lesson. I wouldn't be against issuing him a temp ban with a final warning.

I don't know if it's because of anticisem / Because I was in the first place in the game / and or just because he's trolling.

The guy shot me 2 times with an arrow on purpse on the rooftop of the castle (i were there because enemies came from behind from that tunnel and i killed them, He shot me after i fought them infront of hes face) and then kicked me to death for no reason. I didn't kick any archer.
When I asked him in chat why he did it - He lied and said I kicked some archer. And then to come here and "report" this... He got some audacity.

About the case with 'stupid fat hobbit' (which was long ago), i confesse that i killed him, but only after it looked to me he hited me 2 times on purpse. (and maybe he did because no enemies were around).

By the way Marsche, 'BIG PUNISHER' is the nickname of my brother when he plays, he changes the nick.. but he's not playing lately.

It is nothing to do with antisemitism, I don't know why you would even bring that up, and Joris doesn't troll. You have teamkilled intentionally on many occasions and it has been witnessed by many people, so don't even start trying to defend yourself, you have lied about teamkilling and I/many others cannot trust you. Joris wouldn't lie about this, and you certainly would from what I've seen.

Why racism is bullshit , it may not be because of that? Because i really dont know why he shot on me 2 arrows infront of he's face for no reason. It can be a possibility, So anything is possible.

Let me make this very clear: If someone breaks the rules then they should be kicked or banned accordingly. There is no special treatment for regulars on the server of even clanmembers that break the rules. This is an intrinsic part of this clan, so if any admins disagree with applying the rules to all players equally then please leave.




Again there's some interesting posts in the members area about publically criticising other members in the public area or in game. If there's issues with admin decisions please post it in the members area for everyone to review or let me know.

Especially since what I've read here, from the logs and match recordings, both parties have broken the rules on tking. As such I'll now add 1 week bans for both.

EDIT: after the players above continued this topic on the shoutbox, then being asked not to (with specific warning that continuation would result in a ban), Captain Israel continued posting. I've therefore changed his 7 day ban to a permanent ban and removed his account.
