the archers on the limited archers server were reduced from 4 to 5 per team I think.

The main TO server server is still unlimited chaos though

I think the server that we keep changing (on TDM atm) is currently set to limited

That option seems didnt turn off though.Also i m getting some kind a bug probably which is game randomly shows people name on my screen.

Yep, a well known bug where random people will show up as 'friends' regardless of whether the friends notification is enabled or disabled on the server.

Actually the server might need a restart for setting to take effect. will check
