Alright,

I've mentioned this before in the members area but will post it in public for any non clan with admin. From time to time the server will stop appearing in battlelog. Anyone who has admin details should be able to fix this.

1. go to sneakymonkeys.com/servers

2. login, the user/pass details are in the admin section in the members area

3. click 'update punkbuster'

That's it.. the server should restart and appear in battlelog after this and people can connect.
Anyone who has ingame admin should also have the details for the /server/ portal to restart the server. Please let me know if you don't have these details.

The reason I mention this is I've been away this weekend and the server screwed up (as it often does) and has remained unpopulated without being restarted.

At the moment have been a little miffed as when not working, I've spent my time trying to update the anti-cheat checks and idling in the server or trying to get it started (and have posted the shoutbox on days when I've done so) but it feels like a lot of the members just join when there's others in the server or go elsewhere if the server isn't busy. This is of course your choice to do so, however IMO without the clan support (and getting the server busier to increase recruitment) this is going to be the fastest way to kill the server

Yea, I've felt bad about not being on much, but uni work and other stuff means i'm not actually at my computer much. I'll idle now while I do some cooking It does seem odd how empty our server seems to be, given the BC2 was was nearly always full.

i had forgot about that one. when the server does not appear in battlelog i cannot connect to it in procon either.

That web panel is from the gamehosts, it shouldn't matter whether it is accessible in procon or not. Restarting the server from the webpanel should hopefully let the procon server reconnect to it too
