IP resovles back to the doncastrian imbecile. Not sure why it's has decided to try and cause trouble again without any provocation after a year or two of quiet, but will just remove any further posts or newly created accounts of his without comment

The nice VirginMedia reply basically means that nothing will be done, too much hassle for a non-criminal matter I suspect.

Yep... have therefore set it back to allow guest posting, but each guest post will now notify me by email (so can log on and just remove it, if it's them posting again.. even by proxy).

While generally ISP abuse reports carry little sway, in the old days he was an AOl customer, however now is on Virgin - the report goes to the very abuse and security team that I used to work for, so it might get a little more consideration

Either way he can keep posting and I'll just keep deleting the posts and forwarding the details on.
