Added a new BBCode tag to embed youtube videos.

use the tags [youtube] and [/youtube]

Between them you should use the ID of the video you're trying to embed e.g.

for the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EKz-pOr3-ZA

The video ID is EKz-pOr3-ZA

so the tags for this would be [youtube]EKz-pOr3-ZA[/youtube]
