Me and Kadey ... lolz 7:50am. Servers do reboot every day at 7am GMT. Being down for say 15 min is likely being down for over 50 min is unlikely. Perhaps its not quite 7am for us... guess I'll just have to pull an all nighter just to see what's going on

Paula says she tried at 9am and they weren't up either yet I logged on fine at midday. Maybe it's early days teething.

Lets keep an eye on it.

Truly if your super stuck you might be able to get hold of Paula and I on a pc somewhere. Between us were pretty much online 24 hours a day (well until I get a new job and then your probably shit outta luck from 1am til 6am). Add aki.atrill and paula_sewell to your Skype accounts. When you do request to add, please add a note with your SM tag on it or we'll get confused and ignore you lol.

Can you pleade post here how long the server was down for ill contact support later and find out whats going on

Yeah, on the line of contacting me - I'm generally logged into steam - but I'm also demokade on skype, if I'm not. I'm online relatively unpredicatably though

Looks like it was down until 09:50 am. I couldn't tell when it was off from. It could just have been something simple like a minecraft server soft update... and maybe this happened sometime in the early hours... and given it's Christmas maybe no-one checked until 09:40am ..

.. but right now were running good.

We'll keep an eye on it

ok let me know what happens tomorrow morning . if it happens again ill talk to Lee and find out why its happening
