Dont know if anyone can help here, just reinstalled L4d and added the maps that are on our server but everything i try to load any maps it crashes back to desktop

any ideas would be great. just so you know i installed l4d justing steam not the disks

u might want to delete the maps and reinstall them again. thats what i do. and for some reason it usually works the second time. and i know it sounds fucked up

if that doesn't work, can I check where you're installing the maps to? might be in the wrong place and also I assume you've unzipped them in the case of zips

i hope my way works. then i will have actually helped someone fix something
