As if I were a real disturbing troll, violent and rude or as if I had insulted someone during the play or in this section.

But I do not want to argue with the administrator who decided it. Its role is to enforce the rules and I respect it.

But I want to say that I asked the exact reason for my ban, apologizing many times for the incident and ensuring that it will not happen again.

Stop making new threads. Duc issued the ban he decides what is going to happen with it, he decided it was permanent. End of story.
