On February 17, 2017 at about 23:50 I received a ban from the esteemed administrator MonkeyFiend for teamkilling the catapult on the player Sudowoodo. I do not want here to justify because - I admit - my intention was to kick him for that. He (probably unintentionally) hit me with a catapult. Unfortunately I do not have any evidence of my innocence because the whole situation is treated within a few seconds. I admit, I kicked a player but only after another player that ran in front of me did it (unfortunately I do not remember his nickname) and then "threw" Sudowoodo from a catapult. I was also provoked by the player Sudowoodo, who accused me of this heinous act and reacted with aggression in a situation where I should stay calm. I do not want to be misunderstood, it is not nobody's fault but mine because I had bad intentions against another player. Server administrators, clan SneakyMonkeys and committee at the appeal, I play on your server for many years, I met many interesting people also in your wonderful group administrators. I would like to continue the adventure on your server, but I am aware of the act which I made, so I ask for giving me the chance and replace permanent ban on the weekly ban or complete removal of the ban. In my defense, I'll just add that I always try to do as little as possible teamdamage, and that last kick for TK received a few months ago and never received a permanent ban. Therefore I would like to apologize first and foremost a player Sudowoodo and administration, which undermined confidence. I give the required information below.

I had a player contact me on steam. As it happens I was spectating at the time, when I looked I saw you kick a player from the catapult and hit the catapult a couple of times. As you say, the other player had a whinge in chat, but you said you hadn't done anything. Anyway, I'll lift the ban, please don't intentionally team damage - catapult is one of those things where people thing because someone has saccidentally done some team damage with being inexperienced players, that the right thing to do is TK them or smahs the catapult. I'd always say if people can't stand someone being on the cata and they won't come off then votekicks are the way to go.
