IP Excluded Options

Greatings Friends,

i dont know what happened, but since one hour i cant join your server. "IP Excluded", is the message that i receive. The Player "Justinian" played from my Computer on your server, and he got kicked, but he even take part of the game, he told me that he didnt played for a while and the kick reason "tk, trolling, head glitch..." I repeat, he did not played , he was away from keyboard, for a while.
Please fix our problem, if there is a possibility.

It is ip ban + steam profile ban.Therefore you need to change your ip.In order to do that please restart your router.

"Justinian" ban was permanent, there was an error on server files so he might have unbanned and rebanned again.It should not affect your account if you able to change your ip.

and thanks for your help, now i can join your server, i restarted my router. But one question to "Justinian" please...., you wrote he had a permanent ban. He ask me for what, becouse he got only kicked for "glitch", that was 2 weaks ago. Was that the permanend ban? Since a couple of days he played on your server, and he thougt that the ban was removed.

He is the young son of my girlfriend, and sometimes he played from my Computer.

Yes he has been banned for glitch.It was major reason, there was intentional teamkill issue as well.It was minor.

About removing ban , he never did ban appeal on forum so that means he shouldn't be unbanned technically.Seems server files might have some issue about bans so his ban removed from the server somehow.
Although there were some reports that he was using glitch to kill people again while he was unbanned in these couple of days .

That is another thing that you might want to know about.

Indeed, this informations are new for me. Using bugs to kill people , "glitch" with another word, is very unfair and a ban is the result. I talked with Justinian and told him, that Chivalry is not Call of Duty- Black Ops, or something else ; Chivalry is a game for gentlemen and also for ladys, not a possibility to take the personal anger in game and do some bad an unallowed things. But he, Justinian, is not guilty alone, i take the responsability for his behavior; hes fail is my fail. Now we will start again, he will play offline ore on other servers, there he can learn rules and he will miss the great Sneaky Monkey Server.

Sometimes the results of our actions are bad for us, but we can learn from our mistakes. Justinian is a good learner and i am convinced, he will complete his tasks.
