Hello,

So earlier today I was on the '50 player carnage' server, and someone got banned for racism by the admin.
Not knowing about the whole 'no discussion about the rules' thing at the time, I'd queried what counts as it, and the admin politely responded to refer to the forums.

Anyway a few moments later, while distracted by someone coming into my room, the admin addressed something directly to me in chat, and before I could get a chance to fully read it, I was IP banned.

I honestly have no idea what was said, or why I was kicked but it was a bit of a surprise. I play on your servers all the time and I don't think I've violated any rules really.

Anyway, I think it was [MD]Porsuk, but it could have been someone else. I'd really appreciate it if I could be unbanned.

You called a lot of players as "Nazi" .So it is racist language terms.Calling someone like that is not an option even they called you.You can report to us and we take care of them.

Well, to be more specific about what I said, I mentioned that some of the players had been 'acting like nazis' but hadn't been kicked. A number of people had been spouting nazi phrases in the chat during the previous match.

Anyway, I didn't know about those rules, but I'll report here in the future.

If you can't see any admin online you may report it with screenshot, video or just their nicknames by using forum.

You will stay banned 12 hours from now , then i will unban you.

But you should know that , if you use any racist terms in your game chat you will get ban and it will be permanent.

It was just how I described it. When people are spamming 'sieg heil' and other phrases popularised by nazis, I would describe them as 'acting like nazis' the same way someone who was mooing would be acting like a cow.

Are you seeing my side of this?

It wasn't 30 seconds later I was banned. Not kicked, banned. I didn't even get a warning. I know racism rules are tough, and I respect you want to enforce them, but I think this is a pretty heavy misunderstanding.

I didn't call them nazi because they were german, I would have no way of knowing what nationality players are, but they were clearly using nazi phrases. You have misunderstood the context and taken it in a very serious way that was not intended.

Please check the logs, because what you're accusing me of is very serious.

we are taking seriously all racist language words, no matter what it has meaning.People can use racist language when there were not any admin online.Player can report it , so we can search and do what is neccesary.

I spent about 200 hours in server i never saw single "seig heil" phrase.If i see one of them as used for racism,ban will be applied.

So i am repeating myself over and over again , i don't care what was the reason or meaning.You can't call people "Nazi" even they have a comment "Seig Heil" .You should report it instead of saying another racist term.

In all these facts, rules are simple for racist terms.

I'll retain that for future reference, it was just a rude way to learn about your rules that's all, and sadly it was unavoidable.

Obviously this won't happen again, because I'm not that type of person, and this was clearly a misunderstanding.

MD porsuk he kicked me yesterday from the 2 servers sneaky monkeys (carnage and limit archer) i didn't hit him or hit someone else on purpose.First he kicked from the server carnage and after ( without a reason in server limit archer) my name in steam is lock and load

Unfortunately I can also see you have VAC bans on record ? what has to do with my ban i didn't cheat in medieval
when i was banned from the servers the reason was unspecified

Checking the configs it says that you were perma banned by Porsuk on both servers, reasons given in the server chat (since the admin console no longer bans with reason).

Unfortunately I can also see you have VAC bans on record. Personally, regardless of the initial reason for the bans, I think you should remain banned; I have little tolerance with cheaters in multiplayer games.

I find cheats in multiplayer games to be somewhere between pond scum and a giant stinking turds. You've used cheats in multiplayer games and you got vac bans for it. IMO you should lose your entire account. Actually IMO someone should go to your house and stamp on your scrotum until its a little pile of smushy mess, you fucking pathetic piece of shit.

Oh and I make this post to pre-empt the usual excuses of:

VAC ban was a false positive caused by some drivers/software/porn popups
I only installed the cheats to test them!
my brother/sister/grandma installed the cheats. wasn't my fault!

Scientific test have shown the above excuses to be 99% utter bullshit.

Now, do all a favour and crawl back under whatever cheaty little whole you came from.

Jesus, He did intentionally tk , i kicked him after that he became online again and killed me on purpose then insulted me in game .After that add me on steam ,i knew he will insulted again , so he did.After this moment i banned him from 2 servers.

It seems , put permanent ban on him was a good choice for server player sake.
