If you're here you're probably interested in joining (or you're lost!)
First off you may want to read a little about the clan/kinship HERE or the General Server rules HERE We do have some criteria for potential applicants: 1. We are a mature kin (although sometimes this is hard to believe) - Mostly over 16's, we do occasionally make exceptions to this though. 2. Should have headset/teamspeak - we value personality/comms over elitist loot snobs 3. No Racism (this carries a ban whether you are a guest or member) We do not recruit based on score, rank or skill, a good personality is much more important. Known cheaters (in any mutliplayer game e.g. cod/bf2 etc.,) are not permitted membership. Still interested? If so: • Make a post somewhere here asking to join. Please post a little about yourself. • You're more than welcome to drop by teamspeak and just listen - we’re mostly not that scary biggrin.gif • Get to know us! There's often people on teamspeak and we only ever invite people to the kin who we've gotten to know Once you've posted on the forum, we'll keep an eye out for you in lotro. If you’ve literally just found the site and asked to join without getting to know us or having played with us, it’s unlikely an application will proceed. Kin members have full access to the kinhouse etc., in lotro. A kin member can request to upgrade their membership to full clan member at any time - however there are additional criteria for clan members, see the clan recruitment section. Usually there's no need for this if you're just playing lotro. Clan members have a say (equal votes) in decisions affecting overall clan gaming direction, server configuration and financial affairs (such as rental of servers). A clan member simply has more say in how =SM= is run compared to kin members, this doesn't mean clan members outrank kin members. thanks, Monkeyfiend -------------------- |
