Ban Appeal, i just have no idea if im doing this right Options

i'd swear i already made an appeal to the ban but im not really sure if i did it right, the forum looks a bit obtuse to me.
Well, the point is that while playing about 3-4 nights ago or somehting like that, when the las match ended (i was actually playin with Napalm) some of my douchebags stinkheads that i call friends wrote racial slurs in form of "n word".
I seem to be banned and wanna know if it'll be forever or if there's any chance to revoque it or to make it temporary.
