I've had Vista for a while and have had no problems with it.
However I recently changed a lot of parts within my system, this meant that i had to re-verify my Vista product key. As I got the copy of Vista from my brothers universit I didnt have the key to hand. So I had to use Vista with continous pop ups of how my software may be counerfit. These pop ups have just become annoying now, so I got the key off my brother. When I entered it first time i was told that the key was already in use. So i downloaded a utility that un-covered your product key, which gave me the same key as my brother gave me. Re-enetered it again just incase i'd made a typo and got the same 'key already in use' message. any help?? Law x --------------------  |

i had this with my msdnaa copy of business, so i gave up and went ultimate

*update*
just rand microsoft as in the automated service. got sum code entered it and it said it was genuine. then took me to my desktop and the but it still says this copy of windows is not genuine Law -------------------- |

restarted after i rang them and entered the code then all was good. and thats the end of the happy chapter in the great novel of computing.
