Well autoadmin was on the server tonight and my god its buggy (although forgiven as its technically an alpha test and not released to the public)
I quite like the assessment when people join - giving you a brief breakdown of their stats, handy to identify good pilots, teamplayers or even pick up obvious statspadders too. At the moment the anti-baserape allows players to enter the uncap. If a player kills a player in the uncap they are warned. If they do it again, they are kicked. Spec ops are allowed in the uncaps and are allowed to destroy assets. Am trying to get a fine balance between MEC bombarding the us right uncap with nades and actual baserape A lot of the other options are for vehicles e.g. fighting commander, restrictions on vehicles commander can enter, teamkilling, forced teamkills (for the noobs that stand in front of jets) - no fly zone or no kill zones for jets/helis on uncaps etc., Another neat feature is the 'long-distance shot' where players are highlighted who've made a kill past the fog distance on the map. Over the period of last night it happened a few times with random players. This is handy for anti-aimbotting - someone who is consistently making past-fog-distance kills is probably cheating. At the moment the only violations I've left on are the baserape one - more as a test to see how many people actually get warned or kicked. We can adjust the boundaries and the number of warnings, number of kicks or even bans and kick/ban durations at some point once things are setup a little better. While the software is not perfect, it is still very useful in some aspects and as as other features such as anti-spawnrape are developed further, it will probably get much better -------------------- |

lol
Anyway warnings and kicks are based on US players being killed within an area surrounding the spawnpoint. I assume if you were in the camper car then you were probably tossing nade after nade into the uncap, possibly hitting people on the spawns Anyway we can reduce the 'uncap area' a little or leave as is - I just want clan members to get a feel for the auto-admin then they can suggest/vote on changes to its usage or boundaries tousty = baseraper... hahaha -------------------- |

is it possible to post a pic showing where the kick zones are around the US spawn point. So we can get a representation of where is 'ok' and where is 'not ok'
