had xp sp3 rc for a long time, if i booted into xp now it should still be there. however i dont use xp anymore as i wont use all my 8jiggabytings
all bout sp1 for vista -------------------- |

If you're using non-obscure hardware and don't think finding drivers will be a problem then:

nothing with vista anymore, i know its slightly slower at most games then xp, but with dx10 this will soon change.
plus its been proven to be quicker then xp for encoding, unpacking etc i used to be the same as you and hate it, but if youve got a good enough system you wont have any issues with it, not even the 64 bit version im running. as for xp x64, pass. im an msdn member due to my uni course, and gave it to 6 to install, to say it was a mistake would be an under statement driver issues galore, and a few bits of software wouldnt run properly, its a pile of wank. -------------------- |
