Hello,

I got kicked of the server several days ago for a reason : "kicking players"
So first I was like wtf and I was thinking I just got kicked for the session and then I just left the game.
Today I tried to connect to the server to play with my friend and see that I'm still "banned for the current session", so what happened ?

We were playing on Hillside and as always some stupid people enjoy the fact to kick their matess out of the hill. And of course one of my mates kicked me. What was my reaction as a normal (and regular player on the server) player ? I just came back and kicked him out. Nothing special, I mean an eye for an eye. So this guy start to try to teamkill me (what he did) and several players were complaining about the fact he was trying to teamkill. Then the game ended and on the next map I got kicked (and I tought it was just a kick).

So honestly I don't know what to say to ask for an unban cause it was totaly exaggerated.

so you come here to say that you kicked and teamkilled a player, and that as a regular player you never read the rules, then you say the ban was exaggerated.
I don't see any kind of apology or repent here.

So we will start by asking you to copy and paste here the part of the rules that you broke.

Kicks/Bans for intentional TK's (depending on severity)

And yes to me the ban was exaggerated compared to a kick I understand, but a ban was exaggerated regarding to the situation (and the fact that no one asked me what happened). I play for a long time on your server and I'm not a disturbing player. And I read in this rule "depending on severity", if kicking off the hill a player that kicked you of the hill result into a permanent ban I don't understnad what type of teamkill would be consiredred as less serious.

So the fact is that I just took "my revenge" (it's a game hum) and this guy strated chainkill me and I stayed 100% passive regarding to his reaction.

Admins ban everyone involved to stop the situation. I have to say this is not my ban, but seeing as you are not sorry, and you even think you are right, I'm sure you will repeat this offense. My vote would be not to lift it, but we will have to wait and see what the admin that issued the ban decides.

As long as you asked me to copy/paste a rule I did and regarding to the text I did it right cause the green text is marked as "Other info" and red text as rules.



Furthermore I didn't say I was right but I explained my opinion and gave my version on what happened.
Of course I apologize and if you think that's gonna happen again it's that you don't believe in rules system.
Seriously I played hundred hours on your server with my friends and now I can't so it's obvious that I will remember that no failure is allowed.

Anyway I am not a troller not a bad player and I wouldn't waste my time here if it was to come and get ban again.

I'm not sure what it is you're trying to achieve here, as a regular you should well know such behaviour is against the rules.

Also, more often than not regulars are treated more harshly in such cases as they really should just know better at this point.

So, I understand your frustration, but it's truly just your fault, and you should admit it.
