I had a line exchange with Sir Robin, which was about the fact that I asked him to start with a new account from the beginning, a degradation in my eyes, which I myself have to be responsible for. He banned "General Tance (young blood)" because of Glitch; I accepted that, but I can add that I did not play that night myself. I created a nine account and a new password, and now I am responsible for my style, alone.

Sir Robin gave me the hope that I could start again, he spelled the spell, and he should also ban me again if I violated the rules.

Well, I was banned, on the grounds I would have wanted to bypass the spell with the new account.

This is unfair and I am convinced not to be responsible for Sir Robin.

I really don't know what to say to that. I think if you just get a new account and make it known that it is you it will be seen as a ban evasion. So I don't think I can give you anything like an "official" clearance to do that.

On the other hand I've seen players "smurfing" as they call this, and if they behave and don't break the rules I leave them alone.

There is literally no reason that you wont or you will do the same. Looking for long period of time that you involved ban problems, this decision is done by two admins today.

Chivalry is just a game and your server is just a game server. Over the years, I have seen some unpleasant things on your server, from pesky to hateful racism. Certainly you have banished the individuals, at least those who have known you. That was and is good.
The son of my girlfriend used unfair and illicit means, but he never offended anyone.

I think you had more chances than any other player, 7 I think. Since the first time, back in december 2015, you already had problems with your girlfriend's son and your account. That is more than a year, I think you had enough time to fix this situation.

When a ban is made, it is against a user rather than a specific steam login.

From an administrative perspective, making a ban to prevent a person playing on the server then having them quickly circumvent this is frustrating to say the least and defies the purpose of a ban: to prevent them playing on the server.

These lines you have addressed to my address are very clear and, if I can add, true. I missed my last chance granted to you by you and did not change my password, even though I did not violate your rules myself, that does not alter the fact that I am responsible.
