I have just been banned by MonkeyFiend beacouse of "TKing for cata"
I dont exactly understand what does he mean to. For a couple of minutes i was an cata operator on battlegrounds. I did not Tked anyone. Guy called Player comed and destroyed my cata for nothing. So i turned back and stabbed him (NOT TKed). And after a minute i got ban "TKing for cata". I am really sad cuz this unfair ban. let me start by linking to our rules: http://www.sneakymonkeys.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1747 As you can see, what you did is indisputably against the rules. We don't allow teammates to hit each other for any reason whatsoever. Try to be understanding, we can never know who really started a fight, and as such every player participating in said mess will get banned. This is done to make things more fair, despite the fact that at this moment you may disagree with such statement. For the future, please read the rules - there are in fact only two of them, no racist language for any reason and no team hitting/killing (includes kicking unless they're blocking spawn exits) for any reason. This is a 6 hour ban so you'll be able to play from tomorrow. Well, it never puts me in the best frame of mind when a ban appeal has the title "unfair ban"
I made the ban, after reports via email of people teamkilling around the cata. I logged into the server on an alt and went into spectate, I saw you slashing someone at the cata. I can only take action on things that I see: I log into the server and what I see is you and another guy trading blows at the cata. I temp banned you. I also temp banned the other guys too. Frankly I don't care who started it or what excuses people spout about why they attacked each other. This is one of the reasons why we say no TKing and even explicitly mentioned "no TKing for cata" and "no revenge killing" - I turn up in spectate and I have no idea which person started things, so I simply temp ban both. The ban was for 6 hours. I'm tempted to increase this to a week or so to give you more time to reflect on whether the ban was justified. --------------------  |

MonkeyFiend i truly understand you, yet i havent tked there anyone.
I always do everything to follow serwer rules, many people can confrim that. Finally I'm really sorry for that chaos around my person. |
