circumstances: I was playing, I went to take catapault. Then, I got BAN!! for this reason: trolling with catapult. Ok, I am really upset about this. I was following the rules, I didn't break it any of it, I respect everyone in this server. But BAN reason was Trolling with catapult?!! I mean, i hope you are joking, i was not troll thats bullshit, i just took catapault when the enemy catapult destroyed the agatha's catabult, i pressed C then F9 as an action to laugh due to accuracy of destroying.

i am really sad.. please unban me and i appreciate it...

tbh I'm surprised this is your first ban, given the countless times you carelessly charged (as vanguard) into teammates to try to get the kill. And I'm sure I witnessed a very small part of this behavior. Given this, I can imagine that you must be as careless with a catapult. Do you even care when you tk ?

About your ban, did you even read amazing banner that you should NOT tking to cata.In this case doing footkick to cata user while it is using cata, you are kicking him out of cata - which is you are damaging to user and if that user was about to launch stone you interrupt his attack and make that stone fell into prematurely short distance.Which may cause massive amount of team damage or kill.

Surely I was following the two main rules nicely:


No Intentional Tking.

No racist language.

+ of course, No hacking.

got hundreds of kicks out while I use Catapult. so i take hundrends of screenshot proofs and kick all this who just kick? not logical at all.

In addition, I respect all admins and players included you. Oh yes, and i NEVER interrupt any catapult's user untill he finish throwing the stone. i ALWAYS do that honestly.

3- ) When you kicked cata user from cata, cata user got damage, also you interrupt cata attack.

4- ) cata attack has interrupt by you and stone fell into teammates where it should be fell into enemy.Because you kicked cata while cata user was aiming it.

I understood what you wrote.

I always let the cata user let finish his throw then kick. If this really happen, well half of players of this server will be in my situation. I have been kicked so many times in before, during, and after catapult's usage. I always very patient to those players who do this to me, and i let it go. I want give them chance. and then they let me use it.

However, in this situation you talk about. I just kicked out catapult user, and guess what? the enemy just threw stone with catapult usage from other place and it was very accurate on destroying our catapult. I was like wow! then i laughed for being impressive shot from enemy. Then I got "cata trolling" ban reason. i explained to you why i was laughing, honestly i was not trolling at all, i was admire at that shot. Even after i kicked player from catapult using and i was about to use it, i just faced a big stone shot, i didnt have time to do it back i also got damaged.

Overall, if i were admin, i would be ban so many players for this action and get tiring of banning. because this action is very common.

I don't care it is common when i see such as this action i ban user whatever bullshit reason they are saying on their ban appeals.
Rules are simple and clear.You know it yet you are kicking cata user because it is common and it is done to you.Because i understand from your post and replies.

So You have broke 2 main rules by now.I don't give 3rd chances to anyone but few exceptions.With your understanding of this situation i won't give you the 3rd chance.

Let me correct this , i don't and i didn't ban anyone who i wanted to ban because i don't want to ban or kick players.I am doing this as admin because there are rules.It is simple for me it is simple for players.

Rules are clear and simple.As admins we are players as well and we want to keep clean server and trying to maximize server fun without any problem, without player that is not follow simple rules.

So please i didn't notice you before your action.I don't know you from game maybe chatted few times which i don't remember maybe i warned you few times which is unlikely.So your mistake was breaking the rule and you do that to an admin.

If you do that another player there will be no difference.You can check ban appeals section and you will find "cata trolls" and their ban appeals.

Also having a bad day doesn't effect me because i am not a newbie on this admin position.3 years of SM server.Before that i was an admin on emulated WOW server for sometime.

Then go to Mexico/somalia/whatever and tell people that it is ok if you get killed without the culprits being prosecuted, it's okay, because it often happens over there.
