Ban Appeal Options

Hi. so i recently stumbled across your 64 player server (Chivalry) and upon trying to join i was told my ip address was banned. to my knowledge i have never played on this or any other server above 24 players and i'm not sure why my ip is banned. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

I have check the logs and there is no record of ban on your alias.

-There is a possibility that if you are sharing your internet connection with someone else, someone probably have been banned with your ip, so that is why you can't join.

to fix it, please restart your router, you will be able to connect server again, when your ip has changed. ( If you are using static ip, unfortunetly there is nothing we can do about it)

-Another possibility, When you have been banned, your alias was different.That is why i can't find it on logs.

--To manage finding your log, please provide your steam profile link, so i can check the logs properly.

I am on a Static ip so resetting will not work.

I have check the logs with information that you have provided.

There is no ban record on server files as well.

There is a slim chance that you have been banned and your steam id is added on blacklist to global ban list. ( by mistake or for a reason )

I have no knowledge about such bans.There is nothing i can do for you.I strongly suggest contact @Monkeyfiend in our website.He is in TornBanner team and he might has more knowledge than me abour your situation.

That would be weird if i was blacklisted. i suck so bad that if i am cheating then i suck at that too lol. thank you for your time and responses. have a good day.
