Admin Abuse and False Accusations Options

Hi, I've been away for a bit and went on your 64 man server tonight, looking forward to a nice game of Chiv. On that map with the ram and the cata, I was fighting off a coupleof players with a couple of players from my own team joining in. We butchered the Agatha peasants and as I was crouching by the side of the cliff next to the cata, a player called something like "Saviours | Albanian Mafia" jumped down and attacked me. He slaughtered me (which is fair enough).

Now, this player has falsely accused me of racism in the past, and as you can tell from the post that I made the other day and my general demeanour towards racism on your servers and in general, I have a zero tolerance for any ignorance spouted out of someone's mouth if it is racist.

As I said, this Saviours player has falsely accused me before, and made quite a big deal about it. A couple of days ago he started stating I was racist and then proceeding to admit that he was only joking which is cool with me, I'm all up for a joke.

So after Saviours killed me when I was in a we position, I took to the chat and said "damn Saviours, stop being racist". To point out the trolling he had subdued me to a couple of days prior. It was obviously an ironic comment and I intended it to lighten the mood between us two that had been quite sour when he falsely accused me.

Almost immediately after sending that to the chat, I receive a ban. When the reason box is displayed there is one word in it: "racism".

Now, Sneaky Monkeys. Most of your admins are pretty decent people but is the admin who kicked me that fucking stupid to accuse me of racism when I didn't even say anything remotely racist? He/she is very evidently abusing their powers by kicking me for whatever reason they see fit, in this case, racism.

This is a joke and I would like an unban, I have done absolutely nothing wrong. Thank you

That was me who banned you , after i realized you did not state racist word and you were talking about another player so i have lifted your ban off 15 min later. (albanian words and some other stuff ) ( we had some discussion in between us as admins in the past , not related to this topic so you don't need to know details but when i logged in that time , it was look like racism to me ) (acted fast and then banned you , check the log ( console ) , i found out that you did not do racist action , i've lifted off your ban immediately )

I am sorry for inconvenience that i brought to you.

However , your attitude did not lift your ban off, it was me again who realized that made a false ban "15" min later when i have joined server because of bad timing.

When you are making a topic , what is going on , why i have been banned etc ...even if you are right , you should check your attitude.I understand your frustration believe me.( i don't like ignorant admins myself while didn't something wrong and banned for no reason.)

1. You've talked a lot of shit about Albania and me being Albanian, i don't mind.
2. You votekicked me in the first minute of Dark Forest, after having done #1 for past 30 minutes.

If you have racist based problem , make a thread with proofs ( video , screenshot etc ) on forum , so we can decide what is really happened and take an action against it .

So we can prevent any unnecessary problems in the future. ( by all means i do not imply racist insults is not unnecessary , i meant serious problem may show up in the future )

1. Can you provide proof of me talking shit about Albania? I may have took the piss out of your obviously trolling claim to be in the Mafia. And I may have even proceeded to ask if Albania had a Mafia. But aside from that, what have I said in a racist context?
2. I votekicked you because of team damage, if you were kicked it wasn't solely down to me, the majority of the server supported the vote and that's why you were removed.
3. Fair enough if you don't want to respond to me, I haven't got a problem with that.
4. I understand that now dude, Porsuk stated that he made a mistake and I accepted that, I was implying that you and him had been discussing my "racism" and that's why I was kicked so fast. He admitted that he made a small mistake and we've all moved on from that.
5. I have no problem ignoring me, it certainly doesn't hurt me but it's evident that your'e a sour, bollockless person to throw accusations out and not respond when called out upon them for what they are, lies.
