Since no one is answering, I guess I'll give it a go. Normally it's the admin who mde the ban that makes the decision to unban or not. As your ban is so old, I doubt anyone remembers who banned you, if the admin is even around anymore.
So I hereby call upon the powers of the almighty Master of Monkeys, Monkeyfiend, blessed be His name, to make the decision. I think your apology is sincere(just be careful with that word ok?) so it shouldnt be a problem I think. |

I'll lift this with it being a really old ban. It might take me some time to find in the banlists though
