Regarding 'Mista Mista' Options

Just to clear things up... also mista seems to have a habit of guest posting in the shoutbox making accusations which have already been answered, so to clear things up:

I was asked to join the server (by a player via 'request admin') to spectate after reports of uneccessary abuse in the chat AND mista mista kicking people at the spawn.

I joined the server in spectate and viewed him kicking people.

I've banned Mista Mista for Kicking people near the spawn - happened a few time (screenshot etc.,) can upload video if necessary. Would normally be a kick or temp ban. However since (I quote) "make stuff up as you go along then" I'll now change this to a perma ban.

The screenshot clearly shows mista mista mid-kick on some hapless archer

I then advised him that'd issue a temp ban. Instead of apolgoising for breaking the rules he then accused me of making shit up.

I've therefore decided to make the ban permanent.

Based on the abuse that then flooded into the shoutbox, I still think this was the right decision.

I advised in a shoutbox post that his IP would be banned

and attempts to circumvent the ban would result in me contacting the abuse department at his ISP (Virgin media)

He then has start posting today from 77.245.70.204 which I then banned too

He then starts posting from 88.150.204.154

I've therefore created this post. Future attempts to circumvent the bans on this site will result in a complaint to your ISP

(btw the defence prior to a ban about score/teamdamage - kicking people in the spawn doesn't really do much for your score and certainly not for your team damage amount, so just because someone has a high score/low TD, doesn't give them impunity to act like a twat and go kicking people on their own team because they think they can get away with it)
