Have issued bans for The_coon, SumRandomGuy, Player523

Tbh every single night I sign on and ban someone for Racist language, it starts an epic thing of bitching and frankly I'm getting pretty fed up with it.

I removed a player called the coon from the server. I asked him to change his name (in the reason for kick). He returned shortly later (calling me dumb) with the same name, so have issued a ban.

The other two guys, I'm just feeling like I'm banging my head against a wall of minute IQ's here. I tried to explain simply that coon is a racial slur : http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?...p;defid=1476254

I'm well aware that it could be a shortened form of raccoon or a reference to southpark (which in itself probably alludes to the slur for usual south park cheap comedy) and without context I kicked the player and asked them to change their name.

The other muppets then start bitching about whether it's a racist term. Let me answer this clearly: it is. It may also be used for other purposes but without cntext that's how I treated it. It's not like I started off by just issuing a ban ffs.

As usual the replies from idiots that chose to either not read or were unable to understand what I posted came in.

am getting sick of this shit all the time. I don't get many hours when the kids go to bed to play and having to deal with idiots like these have just made me not want to play.

Because am seething about these again tonight I'd ask that no other admins unban them and that the bans get added into the permanent list on both servers.

Frankly I think we can do without all the self entitled fucking children that don't even seem to grasp the No racist language rules then feel its their right to bitch and moan about the rules on servers that they are non contributing guests on.

The_coon should stay banned. I've also seen that episode, I also took it to be a satirical piss-take on obama (although stilll used in that context would be racist ) I appreciate that people trying to question simple rules can get very annoying, but personally I think those 2 other bans are a little excessive.

However I also don't believe there are grounds overturn your decision either. If you do want to unban then please do so in the next 48 hours before the bans get committed to both servers

It's probably best just to not get into debate about the rules: just point anyone to the website regarding the server rules. If they keep on trying to provoke, maybe issue a warning, then kick, then ban

Well , i had same issue a few weeks earlier.This free weekend is chaos for us.Many intentionally tk , racist

language,swearing,insulting etc.two days later everything will be normal again

Apologies for the tone of my posts... the whole thing last night that should have been a simple issue then blew out of proprtion and really pissed me off when I planning on a relaxing game.

Although I've calmed down now. I'd still like these bans to stand
