Bad Admin Kicked without warning and no reason Options

An admin called hans kicked me from chivalry twice for no reason, i dont know how you recruit your admins but this guy is a dick and is abusing being an admin. Their job is to make sure disruptive people and or hackers dont screw up matches, not to go on power trips and kick someone cause they dont like what their saying.

We take issues of potential admin abuse seriously by having some trusted non-clan observers frequently in the server and we do review server/chat logs.

I know you frequest the 50 slot carnage server (4.75 hours logged). I believe you were kicked last night. Once by admin, once by votekicking (which is an open vote). On the occasion where you were kicked by an admin it was following a votekick made on one of our admins, who at the time was highest scoring in the round and therefore was taking the roll of 'King' in the throneroom.

My understanding is that you called this votekick because you were unhappy with the style of gameplay of the king (obviously not the traditional hiding at the back style of gameplay) however I agree with the admins sentiments that the king has earned that position of top player and therefore is free to play as they wish.

One particular style of kickvoting can be 2nd place player wanting to take place of king and therefore starts a vote. Whether this was the case we can't judge

You also called unsuccessful vote kicks against two other non clan members, who appeared to be supporting sentiments of the admins.

I'd suspect that such actions would broadly come under your definition of 'disruptive people' or at least misuse of voting system. I'd also suggest that your 'kicked twice for no reason' is certainly not accurate - kicked once by votekick and once with reasons as detailed above.

IMO votekicking primarily is to remove players who TK intentionally and not to remove a player because you dislike their playstyle or weapon choice. As such I believe that the admins acted fairly on this occasion.
