Hi,
Firstly this ban is not one that we can remove as it is controlled by pbbans. I will post as much info as I can though, if you wish to appeal it (I've used some * for privacy when posting on a public forum) You account has 1 guid associated with it - GUID (Global Unique ID) 272c0905d48e5ef9 has a single alias ('Robbiemartz1983') attached with a few different clan tags being used in the past: =NBK= Robbiemartz1983 *.*.48.169 Last seen May 18th @ 9:15am =WEK= Robbiemartz1983 *.*.114.28 Last seen May 8th @ 9:28am Robbiemartz1983 *.*.78.205 Last seen April 12th @ 7:33am Robbiemartz1983 *.*.95.169 Last seen March 8th @ 4:15am It has been accessed by the following dynamic IP addresses: *.*.174.79 *.*.12.39 *.*.48.169 *.*.78.205 *.*.79.36 *.*.95.169 *.*.112.96 *.*.114.28 *.*.25.36 *.*.69.67 *.*.42.101 The ban itself is a PB HACK violation #139015 (interfering with the operation of PB, such as hacks that clean PB screenshots etc.,) it was a ban made by the the standard PB checks on the SM server (85.236.101.15) on May 17th on the IP address *.*.48.169 and was streamed to the pbbans master ban list. This violation will prevent you from playing on any server that streams to pbbans. I must assume that since the ban arose on a pbbans streaming server, of which the player record only has a single guid (1 cd key basically) all from the same IP range that you have posted from on here (the BT 86-136 range) that the ban arose from a person playing on the SM server using your guid and your IP address. Which for all intents and purposes is only possible when playing at your computer, so the chances are not good if you wish to appeal it. If you wish to appeal this ban - as occasionally PB may produce false positives or some types of malware on a computer can trigger this violation, it may be worth contacting pbbans (www.pbbans.com) and click appeal ban or Evenbalance (www.evenbalance.com) If there's anything else let me know. thanks, MonkeyFiend -------------------- |
