Kicked/banned by TeamDamage? Options

Hello guys, I just got kicked from the server supposedly for team damage.

I can assure that was an error or misunderstanding because I didn't hit any other teammate.
I also have the proof of my partner NapalmBukkake who was at that moment playing with me.
This has been right now, a few minutes ago.

Besides I wasn't warned or anything like that, the "kick" was instantaneous, so I was surprised.
Seriously, I swear I didn't hit any TeamMate, or at least it wasn't on purpose. The game was just starting.

Hi Robin. It was a kick, and no, I didn't see any votes.

The thing is that after I couldn't join to the server: "Restricted IP"
That's why it seemed strange to me, because i didn't hit someone intentionally, it was not a kick in the spawn or something like that on purpose (as usually happens), it might be during a melee, as I said it was at the beginning of the same game and I wasn't I couldn't kill the enemy yet.
