General Tanz Exploiting (again) on Belmez. Asked to stop just ignores. Options

Basically belmez after agatha have put the two flags on the two towers and the spawns go forward. This mason archer decides to stay behind lines and fire at our spawn for quite a while.

yep General Tanz. He does this all the time when he goes archer. Heres some screenshots. Yeah hes probably bored of chiv and this makes it fun for him but im pretty sure he is well aware of the rules but ignores anyway.

thanks for your report, but..., whats the problem? You received a heat shot with the crossbow in your head, all right, spawn again and try to avoid, play the game. I dont play archer, it was the "General Tanz(young blood). I read the rules, i didnt find spawn killing with arrows in the list.
In the meantime...., the problem should be solved by weapon not by admins call.
