Although only had a very brief time to play the patch before coming to work, I have noticed (although might be being paranoid about some things):

1. Vehicles, particularily the ATV are slower (need confirmaton on this)
2. The tracer dart leaves no trail and is much much faster
3. Possibly the damage dealt by AA is nerfed slightly
4. The CG has been nerfed
5. The m60 seems about the same - some people reporting 1 more bullet to kill at range
6. The GL splash damage (or splash radius) has been reduced. bah.
7. The 4 players to start a round didn't seem to work, I seemed to have colelcted some starts with just me/kadey on the server (they'll probably 'fix' this soon)
8. Knife is very dicey - stabbed several times and didn't seem to get the autoaim lock on. Either way the original bugs of stabbing a stationary person and getting the sound but no kill are still there.
9. The m1911 rate of fire is slower
10. Tank rounds drop has been increased
11. Rapair tools overheats faster & has a longer cooldown

well standard range for throwing c4 is ok, but there are ways to glitch it to get up to 3x throw distance, maybe that was fixed instead
