Hello Sneaky Monkeys, I'm here because I've been permabanned by Porsuk on the 64p and he can't justify his ban, so I'm trying to understand.

Basically made a joke about him ignoring me, and he saw it as the perfect opportunity to get rid of someone he doesn't like.

Context : Some weeks ago, maybe more than 1 month ago, I was on the 64p and suddenly had a huge ping spike. I immediately tried to fix it, in the end I finally fixed it but I was kicked for 1h for "high-ping", and the admin didn't even warn me before the kick, not even asking me to fix it immediately or kick, or something. I didn't understand why I would be immediately kicked for a whole hour just because of high ping, ping that I was fixing, but whatever, since Porsuk was the only admin on, I knew it was him. So I came back some hours after, saw Porsuk again and we had a few words about that kick, it wasn't even a heated conversation, I said something like me being kicked previously because of high ping, Porsuk just told me it was him and one thing I remember for sure is me saying "I know it was you, duh". That's it.

What happened today : If you read the previous post, you already know the story, if you didn't, it's quite simple : one guy named PapyBrossard (not exactly, weird symbols and all on his username) was hitting us, his teammates, at spawn. Seeing Robin and Porsuk connected, I ask them if they can ban that guy, guy who keeps hitting us. Problem : I've been totally ignored. At some point I made the fatal joke that made Porsuk permaban me : "If only we had admins on the server to deal with tkers =)". Him, not ignoring me this time, says "nice try fey". My answer "what again ? this guy was hitting us on purpose, trying to tk us". Porsuk : "what you are saying is we are not doing what we suppose to do , right ?". My answer, and the last answer : "Just asked Robin and you to check on this dude, but you ignored it and kept chatting. It's alright It's alright". Black screen, banned, "being toxic and trolling". What is this ? My mistake ? I don't know. Probably the fact that I said to 2 teammates in team chat during the previous game "you guys are all stupid lol", when the 2 tried so hard to kill me because I had blood on my armor. Thanks to a teammate, they finally stopped. Telling idiots they are idiots, best permaban reason.

My main problem : trying to ask him why he kicked me on the post I linked, he basically started to lie like I've never seen it before. Telling me that I basically shat on all SM staff, that I hate you, that I think your work is bad, that I complain about the way you work, trying to make me say things I've NEVER said. I've played on your server for years, been acting friendly with your admins for years. And I would hate you ? And your work ? Jesus christ what is this ? I've played with you for years and I think I've always been cool, banter, joke, insulting zerip's brandi in french (haha). I play with Porsuk twice and everything goes wrong, but I'm the problem
The only thing I complained about on SM servers was the trolls on the server recently. Basically, I made a mistake by saying "they always act like this when you're not here" or something like that, thing that Porsuk only interpreted as "you guys are not doing your job, why aren't you on the server". What I was trying to say was that some guys you consider as regulars always profit of admins not being here to act like trolls. Everybody else understood what I meant, for example Penguin answered me nicely, about proofs, but ONE person didn't understand. Truth is, from that moment it was just a matter of time and it all became personal.

"You've been banned before", yeah, in 2014, because I didn't respect the server rules, admitted I acted like a dumbfuck that killed his teammate. This time ? Did I say something racist ? Did I TK someone ?

I don't understand. I don't understand why I would be permabanned because of one joke. I don't understand why you would make it personal. I don't understand why you would lie that much and make up things so people will think you're right and the other guy is guilty.

About high ping, i warn every player that whoever has high ping please fix it,i gave about 30 sec to 1 min then i banned whoever has high banned for 1 hour.When you see my next time, you have complained about why you have been banned for 1 hour but not others.How could you know when you have been banned that i ban others after you are banned ?You don't.When you see me in game, you did remind me about high ping kick for 1 hour.Is that for sarcasm or personal grudge because i was doing admin job.When i do my admin job you complaning why i did ban you but not others, when you see someone do intentionally tk another and i don't see, i dont do my job ? Nice play...


I and other admins don't have to explain everytime that you should report people who did tk to you or another player in purpose with proof to server forums.

While we are online on server, you don't have say admins are not doing their job properly.Report it and we take care of those problems.When you see something against rules, there is no way to see for admin on that moment.So even if we observe that guilty player after your report, player may not show same action against rule.

At that point I'm just disappointed to see a grown man lying that much to get what he wants, if you lied to me I wouldn't care that much, as you can see I pretty much destroyed every single one of your lies, but right now you are lying to your own colleagues, trying to make them think I shat on them so they think you're the victim and I'm the bad guy in the story, when that's the complete opposite. I know I never talked shit about them and it's the only thing that matters, I can sleep well.

I don't ban players just because some other player told me to. When there's a complain I start observing this player and the situation and decide what to do based on what I see. I also don't announce that in the chat because it would be stupid to warn them like that. Sometimes it takes awhile to catch malicious player.

So from your perspective it may be quite obvious, that player X was team killing on purpose. You do the right thing and tell the admins and the admins don't do anything! X is still happily playing and the admins are just chatting. But don't be too quick to judge. I've been asked to kick or ban players who deserve it. I've also been asked to do that for some players who don't. I have to see and decide for myself and it takes time.

I'm sorry if at times it seems like we don't do anything about bad players/situations, but it's simply not the case.

What is that complain ? Is this came out nowhere or is it from you ? Is that mean SM staff does not doing their work, while 2 admins are online and checking everything is fine ?

About hating someone that i didn't meet in person.I believe there is no such thing.If i would talk with you teamchat like 1-2 month or meet in person, yes that would explain your subtitle and in topic expression but right now it is not.

Nothing wrong with you there, Robin. Our teammate voted, the guy had 100% and we kicked him, end of story. In fact, this isn't about the whole situation, I've said it on chat last time, this is not about you doing your job or not, even if Porsuk is trying to convince you that I said you were bad at doing it.
I didn't say you had to take care of the server only. I know you guys want to play, I know you guys have a life, every player on the server wants to play and every one of them has a life and things to take care of, rank 1 beginner or admin. That's my point, actually, if you read the whole thing, I never said you had to take care of us.
It might be stupid, but I know when I see you guys IG I come to you if someone is tking us on purpose, the same way I asked Xaco last time if he could take a look at that teammate destroying our cata when we were using it, and he did. Because I know that if I vote, the guy will come back for the next game and do his shit again, but if you take care of him, it should be different. I might have been stupid a few times and say "can you ban that guy please ? he's blablabla", that's a reacton of the salty fuck I am, but did you take it as an insult ?
