But don't get too comfy, we still have rules at the server and you should consider yourself closely watched. There won't be more chances.

The !alias command will tell them your previous usernames. They were probably doing that to help decide whether they should instantly apply the ban. Or to ban you after watching how you behaved.

Because of the many issues, we are currently banning every kof member that ventures to the server. We will also ban anyone we believe maintains strong links to that group. We can do this remotely, but it pleases us to do it in person.

The ban will only be released if the admin that placed it considers it appropriate.

Good holiday. I don't know this for certain but:
1. before when we loaded up so many maps only a couple dozen would appear there, even missing some maps from the bundled together ones. The list is supposed to have all custom map there but it doesn't always
2. prophunt is excellent fun and also a mod. mods *might* **probably** need server reboot to work if not admin to do it

The 5-day ban for arguing with admin is quite restrained. With your previous issues, I'd suggest waiting it out

If it was picked up by the ban-bot there is an automatic 7 day ban for this. The ban will normally come off automatically one week after the ban started.

If an admin banned you it is up to them if you can return. With a steam profile I can check this.

In any case, please read the rules before you return and obey them or lose access to the server. I wont manually lift this ban.

As this is your first time breaking the rule I will unban you rather than make you wait the 7 days. Please read the rules, if this rule is breached again i will increase the next ban by the amount I reduced this one by.

For information the player you mention was already banned 7 days for breaking this rule.

The game roadmap is linkable from there. Unfortunately, Unofficial Server Support is on the same card as the horses, the vague-sounding future updates list. With Torn Banner, it is hard to place a timescale for this happening, but I would imagine we would have a lot of notice of non-official servers. Any more information and I will update this post.

I was on the server when this happened. I thought it was an accidental misspelling at the time, but you are correct this phrase is from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

I did release this ban at the time, were you not able to rejoin the server? Sometimes the bot will re-apply the ban. The banbot dislikes Monty Python as much as racist language, but you are showing as not currently banned.

Try to reconnect to the server and post here if you still cannot connect. And one other thing: read the rules and follow them. This is not the first time the banbot has taken exception to something you have said, Bogy.

You were banned on 13th May for "trolling". The ban is due to end on 5th June, which seems a long time to me. I will give a few days for the admin that banned you to see this and comment. If nobody comes forward I will release the ban sooner. In the meantime, please read up the rules

If you want to pass over the other screens, you can dm them to me on Steam. Anything that shows intent of team killing is actionable. Otherwise you are going to have to let events move at their own pace, the team-killers do usually get caught out sooner or later.

The evidence you have provided is simply not enough for a ban.

The ban was for trolling the other players with team hits and kills. As this was not the first time you got banned for this very same reason, I don't think it should be released. However, that is up to the admin that enacted the ban. We will allow a few days for them to see this and make a decision.

Hi, we have to wait a few days for the admin who banned you to make a new decision. But, I can tell you for free before then - the name, if this on the steam profile is what it was back then, is not acceptable on the server. We have a no racist language policy. I understand you say is derived from your name but that does not matter the rule is "no racist language". If you were to join today with that name you would very likely be banned again.

Looks like we might need a new category on the forum, for players with a dubious track record being upset about me skipping maps occasionally.

Yes, I can see how you may think I act incorrectly. After all, such a short ban for this disgusting behaviour does not seem enough when you explain what you said. I agree I was far too lenient and have since considered a much longer ban.

This time though, you will get another chance. I'd urge you not to waste it.

I still can't add offline bans but I have noted both of the profiles. I keep an eye out for them both and will deal with when I see in the server, that is unless one of my more capable companions want to take this one over.

I am very sorry about this problem. My more knowledgable friend is totally right, I had released the ban using the normal command and then went about my day, I did not realise the bot re-adding the ban could happen! Is very lucky I checked this forum before sleeping I believe this is now sorted. I checked !lastbans now and you are not on there any more. I check this forum post again tomorrow and hope to see you in-game very soon.
